Options-enhanced® and Cash Flow Portfolios for Institutions
Bionic Portfolios for Institutions
Bionic Portfolios are separately managed institutional portfolios specifically designed per client needs and managed by investment advisor Bionic Capital LLC. Options-enhanced® institutional portfolios utilize call and put options in an attempt to reduce risk and garner extra return through potential capital appreciation and options time decay. Cash flow institutional portfolios target a 50-50% mix of equities and fixed income and a 4.5% cash flow annual return from dividends and interest.
Contact Bionic Capital LLC at 310-734-8500 to discuss potential investment strategies and to receive the current options disclosure document, Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options. Bionic® Portfolios are not suitable for every investor and there is no guarantee that positive returns will be achieved.

Discussion of Investing Risks
The value of an investment may decrease as well as increase; an investor may not receive the amount initially invested, and income, if any, may fluctuate. The value of an investment may be affected by a variety of factors, including economic and political developments, interest rates and foreign exchange rates, as well as issuer-specific events. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future returns.
Potential clients should primarily consider and rely on their understanding of their personal investment constraints and objectives, among other things before selecting Bionic Capital as an investment advisor. Some of Bionic Capital’s investment strategies are only appropriate for investors with a long-term time horizon. Contact Dean Erickson, CFA at 310-734-8500 for a discussion of risks.
